1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Archspex.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Archspex is a building materials specification platform for construction professionals in the UAE & GCC. The Platform allows users to:

• Browse and discover specification-ready building products
• Download BIM files, technical data sheets and product catalogues
• Request product samples from manufacturers
• Submit requests for quotation (RFQ) to listed brands
• List and promote building material products (brand accounts only)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. Archspex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Brand Listings

All product listings are subject to review and approval by Archspex before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards, contains inaccurate information, or violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including product data, images, branding and interface design — is owned by Archspex or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Archspex acts as a platform connecting buyers and suppliers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and listed brands. We make no warranties regarding product quality, delivery or pricing accuracy. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For questions, contact us at info@archspex.com.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Archspex, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: name, email address, company name, account type
• Usage data: pages visited, products viewed, searches performed
• Communication data: sample requests, RFQ submissions, contact form messages
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the Archspex platform
• To process sample requests and RFQ submissions
• To communicate with you about your account and our services
• To send product updates and market insights (with your consent)
• To comply with legal obligations under UAE law

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with listed brands only when you explicitly submit a sample request or RFQ to that brand. We use Supabase for secure data storage and may use third-party analytics services.

4. Cookies

Archspex uses cookies to maintain your session and preferences. By using the Platform you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Platform functionality.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
